Gravy steak

Ingredient:

1. 1.5kg fresh steak sirloin, uncooked.

2. 2-3 pieces of garlic, chopped.

3. 1-2 tablespoons Worcester sauce.

4. Soy sauce, salt & pepper, spice.(according to taste)

5. Butter, tomato & potato, halved.

Method:

Firstly, marinate steak with soy sauce, salt & pepper on a tray. Wait for 30 minutes.

Secondly, steam or boil potato & tomato standby.

Next, heat up a cooking plate then melt butter and frygarlic untilsmelled.

After that, place the steak into the plate to cook becomemedium rare and then overturn it again.

Finally, pour Worcester sauce on the top of steak andcover with plate lid till medium cooked.

Enjoy with tomato and potato!!
